No, it most certainly is not. The guy putting it out is a legendary bootlegger and he does not have permission from the band. I'm sure that all the members of the band would ask you to refrain from purchasing it. The only official releases of 70s Pentagram are FDH 1 & 2. Human Hurricane was authorized by Bobby, but not by anyone else from the band.

Your best bet for Human Hurricane is probably Ebay, but beware, that bootlegger often sells his overpriced stuff on there. I think currently he's selling as theshadesofdarkness. You can always tell it's him because everything he sells is at least 25 or 30 dollars even though it's mostly just cdrs.
